Instructions for installment payment plan.

 

You may start payments whenever you wish, in any amount, and make payments as often as you like. The first payment must be $100 or more.  When the total of your payments reaches 50% of the cost of your divorce, annulment or marriage the case will be processed and your decree will be held by us.  When you’ve made your final payment the decree will be sent to you immediately.  Please note that once a payment plan has been started there will be a small cancellation fee in the event you decide to cancel.

 

Please print out, sign, and forward this form to us when you submit your forms.
