Marriage by Proxy in Mexico

Mexican Proxy Marriage clients acknowledge that Fresh Pond Travel serves strictly as intermediary for the convenience of the client and that the client's dealings are strictly with the International Law Office of Tijuana, Mexico, to whom the client shall look for indemnification.

Completed papers can be sent to us by post, fax, or e-mail. If sent by e-mail or fax you must follow up by sending the originals to us by mail. The marriage will be performed upon receipt of your fax or e-mail but documents cannot be sent to you until original forms are received.

Groom: Fill out the document marked "Groom." It is not necessary to have it witnessed.

Bride: Fill out the document marked "Bride." It is not necessary to have it witnessed.

Special Power of Attorney: Both groom and bride must sign this form. Do not fill in any of the blanks. Simply sign where indicated. It is not necessary to have it notarized.

The fee for a Mexican Proxy Marriage  is: $800.00
