We accept bank check, money order, personal check, wire transfer, and all major credit cards.
You will find a credit card authorization form with each set of forms.
If you choose to pay by personal check we must wait until the check has cleared to proceed.
To wire transfer money to us use the following banking information: Marlborough Savings Bank, Marlborough, Massachusetts, USA. Banking transit Number 211370752, to account of Alan I. Alford, Account Number 88 306549 2. Please make sure you send, along with transfer, your name, address, telephone and fax numbers. We receive many wire transfers with no client information and have no way to determine who has sent the money. Be sure to telephone or fax us when you have made the transfer. Otherwise it takes us as long as one month to learn about the transfer from our bank, and we do not want to hold you up waiting for papers.
Installment payments: We understand that paying in full may be a burden for you. We are happy to accept a down payment in the amount of 50% to be followed by partial payments as you are able to make them. Upon receipt of the down payment the divorce will be processed immediately and the decree will be in our office waiting to be sent to you upon completion of payments. We regret the installment payment option is not available for the Nevada Annulment.
